There’s no monthly fee. Each order has two small fees:
  • Bulk Order Hero fee: 2% of the order.
  • Card fee: about 2.9% + 30¢, charged by Stripe for taking the card payment.
For each one, you choose: the customer pays it on top of your price, or you pay it out of what you get paid.

Change who pays

1

Tap Settings, then Payments & fees

2

Under Who pays the fees, pick Customer pays or I pay for each fee

Each one shows an example so you can see what the customer pays and what you keep.
If you never change it, customers pay the 2% fee and you pay the card fee. Changes only affect new orders.

Example: a $500 order

  • Customer pays both fees: the customer pays $525.54 and you keep $500.00.
  • Customer pays the 2%, you pay the card fee (the default): the customer pays $510.00 and you keep about $484.91.
  • You pay both fees: the customer pays $500.00 and you keep about $475.20.
In some states, and on debit cards, you’re not allowed to charge customers a card fee. Check before choosing Customer pays for the card fee.

Refunds

When you refund an order, you get the 2% fee back. Stripe keeps its card fee. See Refund or cancel an order.
