This page is for drivers. If you’re an owner, send it to new drivers when you invite them.

Getting in

The business you drive for sends you an invite email. Open the link, then sign in with Google or with an email and password. You land on My Deliveries. Add it to your phone’s home screen so it opens straight to your deliveries: on iPhone, tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

Your day

My Deliveries shows today’s deliveries. Use the arrows to look at another day. There are two tabs:
  • Assigned to me: the deliveries that are yours.
  • Available: open deliveries anyone can grab (see below).
Each delivery shows the material, the address, whether the customer will be on site, any notes, and the Drop point: the exact spot the customer pinned for the load. Tap the drop point to enlarge it. Call and Text contact the customer from your phone. Text starts the message for you. If the customer didn’t pin a spot, you’ll see a note to call or text them to confirm where to dump.

Tap as you go

1

Loaded

Tap when the material is on the truck.
2

On the way

Tap when you leave. The customer gets an email that you’re on the way.
3

Delivered

Tap when the load is down, and take a photo of the drop. The customer sees it on their order page.
Forgot a step? Skip ahead lets you jump straight to a later one.

Location

The first time you tap, you’re asked to share your location. Your location is only recorded at the moment you tap a button, never in the background. Dispatch sees where each update happened. You can say Not now, and you can still update deliveries.

Photos

Your store may require a delivery photo before you can mark an order delivered. If the photo doesn’t upload because of bad signal, tap Retry upload. There’s no need to retake it.

Claiming available deliveries

If your store lets drivers claim orders, open Available and tap a delivery to claim it. It moves to Assigned to me. Until you claim it you only see the area, day and materials, not the customer’s details. If you see Your truck can’t carry this one, ask dispatch to assign it. If you see Someone already took this one, another driver got there first.

For owners and dispatchers

Owners and dispatchers have Driver View in the menu: a truck-friendly list of the day’s stops with directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps, call and text buttons, and On the way and Delivered buttons. It’s handy if you’re driving yourself.
