Your delivery prices decide where you deliver and what delivery costs. When a customer types their address, your store shows their delivered price. If they’re outside your area, they can’t order. To get there: tap Settings, then Delivery area & pricing.

Set prices by distance (easiest)

Most haulers price by how far the address is from their yard.
1

Pick your city

Type the city you deliver from, pick it from the list, and tap Save city.
2

Add your yard address (optional)

Tap Add an exact starting address and type where your trucks load. Distances are more accurate this way.
3

Tap Distance

If a banner says customers still see a different method, tap Use Distance for pricing once you’ve added your bands.
4

Add your price bands

For example: up to 10 miles costs $75. Tap Add band and add up to 20 miles for $125. Past your last band, you don’t deliver.
Changes save by themselves.
Miles are measured in a straight line, like a crow flies. Roads are longer, so you may want your bands a little bigger than you think.

Check an address

Under Test an address, type a customer’s address. You’ll see what they’d pay, or if they’re outside your area. It’s the quickest way to check your prices.

Delivery is already in my product prices

Turn on Free delivery. Customers pay no delivery fee and see Delivery — Included at checkout. You still choose how far you go: set Deliver up to a number of miles. Your old delivery prices are saved, so if you turn Free delivery off, they come back.

Other ways to price

You can also set a price for each ZIP code, or draw zones on a map. See More ways to price delivery.
If you see Customers can’t order yet — add a delivery price, you haven’t saved a price yet. Add at least one band.
