# Get paid

> Connect Stripe so customers can pay you by card and the money goes to your bank.

Customers pay by card when they order. **Stripe** is the company that handles the card payment and sends the money to your bank. You connect it once.

## Connect Stripe

Have your **bank account details** and your **ID info** ready.

**1. Tap Payouts in the menu**

Or tap **Connect Stripe to get paid** on your checklist.

**2. Tap Connect Stripe**

Stripe's own pages open.

**3. Answer Stripe's questions**

Add your bank account. When you finish, you come back to Bulk Order Hero by yourself.

**4. Wait for the go-ahead**

When the page says **You're ready to take orders.**, you're connected. If it says Stripe is reviewing your details, wait a few minutes. The page updates by itself.

> If it says **Stripe needs a few more details**, tap **Continue Stripe setup** and finish them. Customers can't pay you until you do.

## When do I get my money?

Stripe sends the money to your bank on a regular schedule. Your first payout can take a little longer. Open **Payouts** to see your next payout and roughly when it will arrive.

## How much do I keep?

Bulk Order Hero takes 2% of each order, and Stripe takes about 2.9% + 30¢ for the card. By default, the customer pays the 2% and you pay Stripe's fee. You can change who pays each one. [Who pays the fees?](https://bulk-order-hero.mintlify.site/how-to/fees.md)
