# How contractors order

> A guide for your pros: signing in, pro prices, jobs and PO numbers, and their account pages.

This page is for contractors with a pro account at a store that uses Bulk Order Hero. Store owners: share it with your pros.

## Sign in

**1. Tap Pro sign in**

It's in the store's menu and at the bottom of the page.

**2. Enter your email or phone, then tap Send code**

**3. Enter the 6-digit code and tap Sign in**

There's no password to remember. You stay signed in on that phone or computer for 90 days.

Once you're in, the top of the store shows your team's name and **Pro pricing**.

## Order at your pro price

Your price shows with the regular price crossed out and a **Pro price** label. At checkout:

* Your details are already filled in.
* Pick a delivery address from your job sites or recent addresses, or type a new one.
* Pick the **Job**, or tap **+ New job** if your team allows it.
* Add your **PO number** if you have one.

Your discount shows in the order summary as **Pro discount**. You pay by card, and the job and PO number show on your confirmation, emails and invoice.

## Your account

Open the store's menu to find:

* **My orders:** each order's status, delivery date and total. Filter by job, status or date. Tap **View invoice** to print or save an invoice, or **Reorder** to put the same materials in your cart at today's prices.
* **Jobs:** your job sites and what you've spent on each. Team owners can **Add job** and **Close job**.
* **Team** (team owners only): **Invite member** to add someone, or remove them. It also shows your pro pricing.

You can also see what your team has spent this month, this year, by job and by material, and download it with **Export CSV**.

## Trouble signing in

> **I didn't get a code**
>
> Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you typed the same email or phone the store invited you with.

> **It says it couldn't find a pro account for me**
>
> You're not on a pro team at this store yet. Tap **Apply for a pro account**, or ask the store to invite you.

> **It says my pro pricing is paused**
>
> You can still order at regular prices. Contact the store with any questions.
