# Let customers pick up at your yard

> Customers order and pay online, then come load up.

With pickup, customers pay online and then come to your yard. There's no delivery fee, and pickups don't use up your delivery time slots.

## Turn on pickup

**1. Tap Settings, then Pickup**

**2. Fill in your yard details**

Your **Pickup address**, the **days and hours** you're open, and **Pickup instructions**, like *Pull up to the scale house and honk.* Then tap **Save pickup settings**.

**3. Turn on pickup for each product**

Tap **Products**, open a product, and tap the **Pick up** tab. Turn on **Allow pickup for this product** and add your pickup prices. **Copy sizes from Delivery** fills them in for you to change.

Pickup prices are separate from delivery prices, since there's no delivery.

## When a pickup order comes in

The customer has paid and gets an email with your address, hours and directions. They can come any time during your pickup hours.

Tap **Pickups** in the menu to see them.

**1. Tap Mark ready (optional)**

If you load ahead of time. The customer gets a "ready" email.

**2. Tap Picked up when they've loaded up**

The customer gets a receipt email.

## They didn't show up

Open the order's menu and tap **Didn't show**. Then call or text them. If they want their money back, tap **Open order (refund)**.
