# Where to find things in the app

> A quick map of the menu and Settings, plus putting the app on your home screen.

## The menu

On your phone, the main pages are buttons along the bottom of the screen. Tap the menu button at the top for the rest.

| Menu item | What's there |

| **Dashboard** | Your next step, new orders and your numbers |
| **Orders** | Every delivery order, as cards or a list you can search |
| **Pickups** | Pickup orders (only if you offer pickup) |
| **Products** | The materials on your store |
| **Inventory** | Your stock, purchase orders and vendors (only with Fleet on) |
| **Customers** | Everyone who's ordered, and your pro teams |
| **Payouts** | Stripe, your money and refunds |
| **Settings** | Everything else |

## Settings

Tap **Settings** and you'll see a page of buttons. Not sure which one? Type what you're looking for in the search box at the top, like *phone*, *fee* or *email*.

| **General** | Business name, phone, time zone |
| **Store link** | Your store's web address, QR code, pause your store |
| **Storefront design** | Logo, color, header photo, About us |
| **Policies** | Your terms and policies |
| **Categories** | Your product groups |
| **Delivery area & pricing** | Where you deliver and what it costs |
| **Weekly schedule** | Delivery days and time slots |
| **Calendar & days off** | Holidays and one-off changes |
| **Pickup** | Your yard address and pickup hours |
| **Payments & fees** | Card payments, and who pays the fees |
| **Notifications** | Emails to you and your customers |
| **Text messages** | Texting your customers from your own number |
| **Invoices** | Your business details on invoices |
| **Pro teams** | Pro accounts and pricing for contractors |
| **Inventory** | Who gets low-stock emails (only with Fleet on) |
| **My account** | Your name, email and password |

## The bell

The bell at the top shows new orders, alerts like low stock or a customer's text reply, and news from us.

## The ? button

Many pages have a **?** button at the top. Tap it for a quick tour of that page.

## Put it on your home screen

This makes Bulk Order Hero open like an app.

**iPhone**

Open **bulkorders.app** in Safari. Tap the **Share** button, then **Add to Home Screen**.

**Android**

Open **bulkorders.app** in Chrome. Tap the three dots, then **Install app** or **Add to Home screen**.
