# Look up a customer

> See everyone who's ordered, what they've spent, and your notes about them.

Everyone who orders is saved to **Customers** automatically. Customers don't need to make an account.

## Find someone

Tap **Customers** in the menu and search by name, phone, email or address.

Tap a customer to see:

* Their **phone** and **email**, with buttons to call or text.
* **How much they've spent** and how many orders they've placed.
* **Addresses** you've delivered to, with **Open in Maps**.
* **Every order** they've placed. Tap one to open it.
* **Your notes**.
* **Texts** with them, if you've set up [text messages](https://bulk-order-hero.mintlify.site/advanced/text-messages.md).

## Add a note

Open the customer and tap **Add note**. Good for gate codes, what they usually order, or anything you want to remember next time.

## Add a customer yourself

Tap **Create customer**. Type their name and a phone number or email.
