# Get help

> How to reach the Bulk Order Hero team, or have us set up your store for you.

## Send us a message

**1. Open your Dashboard**

Scroll down to **Suggestions or need help?** and tap **Send feedback**.

**2. Choose Need help**

Or **Suggestion** if you have an idea to make the app better.

**3. Tell us what happened**

What were you trying to do, and what went wrong? The more detail, the faster we can help.

We read every message and get back to you as soon as we can.

## We can set up your store for you

Don't want to type in all your products? Send us your materials, sizes and prices in a simple spreadsheet, and we'll build your store for you. You'll just need to connect Stripe and check your delivery area, since those are tied to your bank and your business.
