# Common questions

> Short answers to the questions haulers ask most.

> **How much does it cost?**
>
> No monthly fee and no setup fee. Bulk Order Hero takes 2% of each order, and Stripe charges about 2.9% + 30¢ for the card. You choose whether the customer or you pays each one. [Who pays the fees?](https://bulk-order-hero.mintlify.site/how-to/fees.md)

> **Can customers pay cash when I deliver?**
>
> No. Every order is paid by card when the customer orders, so you never haul a load without being paid.

> **When do I get my money?**
>
> Stripe sends it to your bank on a regular schedule. Open **Payouts** to see your next payout.

> **Does it charge sales tax?**
>
> No, checkout doesn't add sales tax. If you need to collect it, ask your accountant about building it into your prices.

> **Do my customers need an account?**
>
> No. They just type their name, email and phone when they order.

> **How many deliveries can I do in a day?**
>

> **Can two customers book the same time?**
>
> No. Once someone books a time slot, nobody else can.

> **A customer needs a different day**
>
> Call or text them and agree a new day. If you use Fleet, you can change the day and time on the order in **Dispatch**.

> **Can someone order over the phone?**
>

> **Can I send a customer an invoice?**
>

> **Can I sell by the ton?**
>
> Yes. Each product is sold **Per yard** or **Per ton**.

> **Is there an app to download?**
>

> **Can I text customers automatically?**
>

> **Can I give contractors special prices?**
>

> **Can I keep track of how much material I have?**
>

> **Can customers pay later, on account?**
>
> Not yet. Every order is paid by card, either at checkout or with a payment link.

> **I have more than one truck. Can my drivers use it?**
>
