# Drivers and dispatchers

> Invite teammates, choose what they can see, and remove access.

With [Fleet](https://bulk-order-hero.mintlify.site/fleet/overview.md) on, you can invite people to work in your store with their own logins. Tap **Settings**, then **Team**.

## Roles

Drivers see only their deliveries: addresses, materials, drop points and the customer's name and phone. They never see prices or payments.

## Invite someone

**1. Tap Invite**

On **Team**, tap **Invite**.

**2. Fill in their details**

Enter their **Email** and **Name**, choose a **Role** (**Driver** or **Dispatcher**), and add their phone if you like.

**3. Send invite**

Tap **Send invite**. They get an email with a link to join your business. The link works for 7 days.

If the email doesn't arrive, tap **Copy link** on their row and text it to them. **Resend** sends a fresh email, and **Cancel** withdraws the invite.

## What your teammate does

They open the link, then sign in with Google or with an email and password. Drivers land on **My Deliveries** and dispatchers on **Dispatch**. They don't get a store of their own and never see your setup checklist.

## Change or remove a teammate

Only the owner can change the team.

* **Edit** a teammate to change their name, phone or role.
* **Deactivate** removes their access straight away. Any of their orders that aren't delivered yet move back to **Unassigned** on Dispatch, and you're told how many. **Reactivate** gives access back.
